We do have a money-back guarantee for most of our services. Our money-back guarantee gives you peace of mind that our services will meet the expectations set out in the TOS. To the maximum extent applicable under national law and without affecting your rights as a consumer, the money-back guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy should our services fail to meet the expectations set out in this TOS.


7 or 30 Days Policy

*Money will be refunded if the products are not as described...

  • If you cancel within 30 days you receive a full refund on your hosting service only. The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, designing, developing, outsourcing, staffing given the unique nature of their costs.
  • If you cancel within 30 days and your plan includes a free domain, server or addons we will deduct a non-refundable domain fee and one time setup cost (that already spend by our company) from your refund. This not only covers our costs, but ensures that you won't lose your domain name, additional facilities and also to ensure smooth running of entire operations.
  • Please note newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period. You retain ownership of your domain until the end of its registration period unless you renew it.
  • Prospera Infotech does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 30 days.
  • There are no refunds on dedicated servers. The thirty (30) day money- back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers.
  • There are no refund for desingn or development charges.
  • 7 day refund policy apply for all our Software projects proposed for more than 45 days and it should be requested in first 7 days of starting the project.
  • After completing 7 days or reaching the first milestone, the customer is not eligible to claim a refund.
  • Short term projects like static web designing for 1-30 days does not eligible for any refund as the project will start only after giving demo and getting proper approval from the customer.
  • Any incompatibility or missing features due to technology limitation are not refundable.
  • Any additional features or addons added inbetween billed seperately but considered as single project.
  • Outsourcing, Staffing, AMC and Offshoring have their own T&C

We may update our Return & Refund policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
